Low Season
22 days’ notice must be given for cancellations in Low and Shoulder Season – at 21 days prior to arrival, the credit card you provided on booking will be charged and an email confirmation sent to you.
Peak Season
31 days’ notice must be given for cancellations in Peak Season – at 30 days prior to arrival, the credit card you provided on booking will be charged and an email confirmation sent to you.
To avoid disappointment due to any unforeseen cancellations we strongly suggest travel insurance.
Please note for group, conference, retreat, and wedding bookings a different policy applies and will be provided on confirmation.
No Shows
If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will forfeit any amounts already paid.
