Low Season
21 days’ notice must be given for cancellations in Low Season – a booking fee of $100 is charged on all cancellations. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking.
Peak Season
30 days’ notice must be given for cancellations in Peak & Shoulder Seasons – a booking fee of $300 is charged on all cancellations. Cancellations within 28 days will be charged 100% of the booking.
No Shows
If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged 100% of the booking less any amount which you have already paid. An imprint of your credit card is required on arrival as security for your accommodation. If you do not have a credit card, we require a $500.00 cash security deposit.
